Carrying a good business forward is a privilege. I'd be honored to earn it.
I'm looking to acquire a strong company and be its hands-on, long-term owner.

01 · The company
The company I'm looking for
Established
Built over many years, and firmly rooted where it operates.
Proud of its craft
People who know their work and are proud of what they deliver to their customers and their community.
Loyal customers
Customers who value the work and keep coming back, year after year.
Enduringly profitable
Healthy cash flow that has held up through good years and hard ones.
For owners
Thinking about the future of your company? A first conversation commits you to nothing.
02 · Ownership
How I would own it
I care about the work the company does and the people who do it. That shapes everything else.
A culture people want to be part of
I work with the team, not around it. That starts with listening, so people feel safe to speak up and share ideas. When someone is ready for more responsibility, they get it, along with the support to try new things.
Clarity and focus
Everyone should know what we stand for, where we are going and what matters most right now. We focus on a few priorities and finish them, rather than starting many at once.
Always improving
If we can do something better, we should. I ask for honest feedback from the team and from customers, and we take time to reflect and act on it.
Decisions made for the long term
I am not working toward a sale date. Each decision is weighed by what it does for the company years from now, not this quarter. Good companies take time.

03 · About
Who I am
I'm an engineer by trade, with fifteen years in operations and consulting. I spent eight of them in my family's food company, with a break for an MBA at HEC Paris. Then I spent seven at DHL Consulting, the in-house consultancy of DHL Group, one of the world's largest logistics companies. Most recently I ran its Americas practice.
